The Yard Ice Cream started as a dream in a converted garage on Spann Street. What began as a passion for bringing joy to the neighborhood quickly grew into something much bigger — a summertime tradition for the whole Kaisertown community.

We're a family-run operation, and we put that family spirit into everything we do. From hand-scooping every cone to chatting with every customer who walks through our gate, we genuinely love what we do.

Open each summer from May through October, we're proud to be part of Buffalo's warm-weather fabric. Come visit us — bring the kids, bring the dog, and stay a while.
